Our Deacons' Ministries
Our Deacons seek to show God's love in action. They serve and lead our church's congregation in sharing fellowship, hospitality, and pastoral care. The ministries they provide to our Congregation and to our community nourish our bodies and souls.
Presbyterians have a long history of emphasizing education, and our church is no exception. For the past several years, even through the pandemic as best we could, our church members have donated money and time to fill brand new backpacks with brand new basic school supplies, which we give away on a Saturday in August. This program is our way of wishing local families many blessings on their new school year, saving them money and time they can no doubt use on other necessities, and sending them out equipped for success. Any family is welcome to come on that day and let their each of their children choose a backpack and fill it with the supplies that they choose. In past years we have given away spiral notebooks, binders, loose-leaf paper, Ticonderoga pencils, erasers, white board markers, washable markers, crayons, pencil cases, glue and glue sticks, and more. If you would like to help out at the Fair, just email our office. If you have school-aged children, you will definitely want to stop by!

The Cape May Book Club meets in our downstairs hall every third Tuesday of the month at 11:30AM. All are welcome.
