On Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:15 p.m. the Prayer and Bible Study Group meets at the church. Open to men and women, this group has been meeting for over ten years. They begin with a Prayer Meeting during which they pray for anyone needing prayer, whether members of the congregation, friends, relatives or people in the community. For the Bible Study, they have a learned leader and make use of reference materials while reading through the entire Bible. More recently, they have been choosing one book to discuss in depth, currently the Book of Revelations.
The Women's Bible Study group meets at the church on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 2:00 p.m. This is an informal study and discussion group and knowledge of the Bible is not necessary. There is no set agenda; the group learns from each other and decides what they want to study.
